To download, install, and add Grammarly to Microsoft Word on a Mac, follow these steps:
Go to the Grammarly website (https://www.grammarly.com/) and click "Add to MS Office".
Click the "Download" button to download the Grammarly add-in for Word.
Once the download is complete, open the installer package (it will have a name like "GrammarlyAddInForWord.pkg") and follow the prompts to install the add-in.
Open Microsoft Word on your Mac.
Go to "Word" > "Preferences" > "Add-ins".
Under "Manage", select "Word Add-ins" from the drop-down menu and click "Go".
In the "Word Add-ins" dialog box, click the "Add New" button.
